Our Mission

The African American Association of County Employees (AAACE) is an employee resource group for employees
of the County of San Diego. Membership consists of County employees, students and members of the community with an interest in diversity and skilled work force as well as promoting the African American culture on a local level.

Our Work

At AAACE we focus on opportunities and development for professionals. In addition AAACE focuses on preparing the next generation of African-American leaders, collaborating with community partners, and establishing a legacy for the community we represent. AAACE seeks to promote a diverse and inclusive work environment. Prepare its members for leadership opportunities by providing the right kind of workshops and training to help people excel and advance their careers.
